How to get your items:

After any purchase you will receive an email to set up a time, day and time zone to pick up your order. If you like your order right away you can contact us via the (need help?) chat button at the bottom right of the page.

How to trade:

On your game open the in game phone and click on multiplayer to let us know your multiplayer code. Once we arrive at your Island you do not have to do anything and the items will show up on your screen when you receive them.
